Summertime and the livin' is easy - or at least it should be! And even in warmer temps, we are FIRED UP to enjoy cocktails by the Kettle. Thank you to Brooks Reitz of Jack Rudy Cocktail Co. for creating these refreshing yet simple recipes that are perfect for summer sipping. We ❤️ the unique flavor profiles. Add a charcuterie board and dinner is served!
What You'll Need:
Southside
- 2 oz Gin
- 2 oz Jack Rudy Margarita Mix
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- Rocks Glass

Fleurette
- Verjus (suggest Scribe)
- Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic
- Honey Syrup (equal parts honey & hot water, stir, chill before using)
- Club Soda
- Grapefruit peel
- Collins Glass
- Ice
Add ingredients to a Collins glass over ice, add club soda to top and stir. Garnish with long peel of grapefruit.
Tips:
In warm weather, we use the Kettle as a coffee table and gather around for light bites and cool cocktails.
Are cooler temps prevailing? Light up the Kettle and use the Table Top on the Base for a Kettle-side bar.
Don't forget the kids with a Shirley Temple - Ginger Ale, a splash of Grenadine, and a cherry on top
Now just shake, stir, add ice, and prop those flip flops - or bare feet - on the Boot Rail and enjoy!
