FREIGHT SHIPPING:
KETTLES, KETTLE BUNDLES, OR KETTLE ADD-ON ACCESSORIES

(Kettles, Packages, Grills, Griddles, Spark Screens, Table Tops--Anything that ships via Freight service)

  • The return window for unused products is 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns and Exchanges are only available on unused products.
  • Upon return, your item will be inspected, and a refund will be issued for the purchase price, less shipping charges.  Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage.
  •  Customer is responsible to initiate a Return or Exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less applicable return shipping fees, except in the case of cash and check purchases, in which a Company check will be issued and could take up to 15 business days to process.  Allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing after items are received at our facility. 
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit.
  • If items have been used or damaged prior to return, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product, and any applicable shipping fees.
  • Customer is responsible for retaining original crating/packaging or must arrange to have the product professionally crated.
  •  SIF reserves the right to refuse returns of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse.
  • Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
  • A Restocking Fee of 20% and a Reshipping Fee will be applied to products that are returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE 

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the crate upon delivery. 
  • Any damage to the crate must be reported to SIF and the delivery driver immediately.
  • Take photos of any damage identified on the crate and immediately call SIF at 912-580-0346.
  • If there is significant damage to the crate, REFUSE shipment and immediately call SIF 912-580-0346.


PARCEL SHIPPING:
SMALL ACCESSORIES, GEAR, AND TOOLS

(Small products shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground: Roasting Forks, Grill Tools, Oyster Shuckers, Dinner Bells, Heat Domes, Pokers, Camp Cups, Hats, etc.)

  • Returns and Exchanges are only available for unused products.
  • Customers must contact SIF customer service team within 30 days of order delivery to initiate a Return or Exchange request. 912-580-0346
  • Return Label fee will be deducted from the return total. Usually about $10, but varies by product.
  • Refunds will be dispersed once products are received and inspected.
  • Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less applicable return shipping fees, except in the case of cash and check purchases, in which a Company check will be issued and could take up to 15 business days to process.  Allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing after items are received at our facility.
