HIGHLIGHTS

PARCEL SHIPMENTS:

• All small parcel packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
• Parcel packages typically ship within 2-3 days of purchase, and you will be sent a tracking number via email once the order has been prepared for shipment.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:

• All freight packages are shipped via Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc.
• Freight shipments typically ship within 1-3 weeks.
• You will be notified by a member of the SIF team when your order is ready to ship, and we will work to ensure a convenient delivery schedule.
• Most shipments are transported via an 18 wheeler semi truck. Our carrier does have access to smaller vehicles for restricted access (but this service is NOT available in all locations).
• PLEASE ADVISE US PRIOR TO SHIPMENT IF THERE ARE PHYSICAL BARRIERS OR RESTRICTIONS THAT MAY PREVENT ACCESS TO A FREIGHT VEHICLE.
• In the very rare event that your order does arrive damaged, REFUSE (DO NOT ACCEPT) the delivery, take photos of the damaged crate and contact us immediately.
• If you accept delivery and find the products to be damaged after opening the crate, please STOP UNPACKING, take photos of the damage and contact us immediately.
