Freight Shipments

• You’ll be notified when your order is scheduled for shipping

• Most shipments are delivered via 18-wheeler semi-truck

• Smaller vehicle delivery is available in some locations—please inform us of any access limitations before shipment

• If the crate arrives damaged, refuse delivery, take photos, and contact us immediately
