Ingredients
- ½ lb unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp Jay D’s Spicy & Sweet BBQ Rub
- ¼ cup Jay D’s Louisiana Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup Gulf oysters
- ½ cup BBQ Butter
- Green onion, sliced thin
1 lemon
- Crusty grilled bread

Directions
BBQ Butter
Heat skillet over medium heat. Place butter in a skillet and let it melt.
Add garlic, rosemary, and oregano and cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is soft.
- Add BBQ rub and sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Reserve.

Grab Oyster Bed (or similar pan, but this one is the BEST)
Arrange oysters evenly throughout the wells. Place Oyster Bed on Grill Surface.
Spoon BBQ Butter in each well over the oysters and let it sizzle. Smell the goodness as it cooks for a few minutes.
Sprinkle green onions over all the wells as they cook.
- Remove from heat, squeeze lemon juice over the whole thing, serve with crusty French bread.
