30-Gallon Griddle is to be used on 30-Gallon Fire Kettles. 50-Gallon Short Stack Griddle is to be used on 50-Gallon Fire Kettles.

This is a great heavy duty piece. I will never have to buy a new one that's for sure. Really makes all the difference in our annual family oyster roast (we got the bigger one for our 50 fire pit). Adam recommended the steel chainmail and he was right, makes clean up easy.
