TRADE PROGRAM TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
The Sea Island Forge Membership Program is available solely to members; access to exclusive pricing or discounts is non-transferable to clients, purchasing agents, or any third party.
Trade Members must place and pay for their own orders. Sea Island Forge does not accept payment directly from clients.
Payments are due at time of order, and shipments or deliveries will not be fulfilled without payment. You can place an order by logging into your account or by calling the Sea Island Forge office 912-580-0346.
Return shipping fees apply to all Trade Program orders, see Return Policy for details.
Trade Program perks are not applicable to purchases made prior to membership approval.
By accepting membership to Sea Island Forge's Trade Program, you agree that you will purchase Sea Island Forge merchandise for the sole purpose of conducting business with an individual client, and that you will not resell such merchandise to the general public through retail stores, the internet, printed materials, or any other means.
All images, copy and designs are the property of Sea Island Forge and may not be used by you unless specifically permitted by Sea Island Forge.
As a member of Sea Island Forge's Trade Program, you are granted the authority to reproduce images as is required to conduct business with your individual interior design and decorating clients.
By applying to our Trade Program, you agree that the email addresses you give us as contacts will be added to our email marketing list. However, if you do not want to receive these marketing emails, you may opt-out via the link at the bottom of our marketing emails at any time.
Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at Sea Island Forge's sole discretion.
