OAK
Characteristics: Classic oak taste; Rich flavor

Characteristics: A mixed blend of all hardwood varietals.

This Northeast Hardwood blend is one of our most popular, consisting of oak, maple, hickory, cherry, ash, and beech. This perfect mix gives you a blend of many flavor profiles to try individually, or mixed together.
Dense hardwoods such as Cherry provide more fruity undertones versus the nutty and smokey profiles of Oak and Hickory.

Premium cooking woods should all have a moisture content no greater than 20%. This is why kiln-dried firewood is the optimal choice for leading chefs.
